Mulberry Pea Protein Bars

Keeping up with the Mulberries in my life.. here’s another recipe, some fantastic mulberry pea protein bars!

This recipe includes alternate ingredients to make Paleo friendly.

Most importantly, have fun and enjoy!

Will make about 6-8 depending on how much you eat while making them.

PS if there not sweet enough add more honey or dates!

Mulberry Pea Protein Bars

Serves: 6-8

Time: 30 minutes

1 handful fresh mulberries

8 dried dates

3 tbs dried coconut

3 tbs oat flour (ground oats, use almond meal for Paleo)

2 tbs Protein Supplies Australia Pea Protein Powder

1 tsp raw honey, rice syrup or maple syrup

Step 1

Blend the bejesus out of them until fine and sticky

Step 2

Roll out to about 1cm in thickness

Step 3

Cut into bars
