Stevia – great for baking!

Stevia is a great sugar replacement for baking or cooking in general. 

If you’re whipping up some biscuits, protein balls, cakes or even smoothies you can sweeten them up nicely with stevia.

But, and this isn’t a biggie, it doesn’t caramelize, so if you want some browning in the cooking you’ll need to stick with sugar. Although in reality you’ll probably just choose a different recipe that doesn’t require browning.
